Sandisk SD card 16 MB

Here are a few photos of an old 16 MB Sandisk SD card I dissected and desoldered chips from (NAND flash and the respective NAND flash / SD card controller).

The NAND flash is in standard 48-pin TSOP I package, the controller is a BGA part (easy to desolder using a hot air gun).
